Brenna Lacey and Dave Hammack of Volk Company represented Evergreen-Steam Pump, L.L.C. in the sale of 70,036 square feet of land at Steam Pump Village in Oro Valley for $525,000. The purchaser was Tucson Steam Pump Self Storage Partners, LLC, who was represented by Denise Nunez of NAI Horizon. The purchaser plans to build a multi-level, climate-controlled self-storage facility. Steam Pump Village is a 42-acre, mixed-use project containing other businesses and amenities such as Basis School, Chili’s, Quik Trip, Holiday Inn, Tucson Children’s Museum, Native Grill, Freddy’s, and new luxury apartments by HSL.
