Kevin was born and raised in Tucson, where he attended Salpointe Catholic High School.  From there, he traveled to Rhode Island to attend Brown University, where he graduated magna cum laude in economics.  He then worked as a 5th grade public school teacher, an English language educator in Mexico on a Fulbright scholarship; and for a political campaign before returning home to Tucson.

Kevin is a third-generation Volk in Tucson commercial real estate.  His grandfather, George Volk, started in commercial real estate in the 1960s, and Volk Company was founded by his father Rick Volk in 1987.

Kevin has accumulated experience in listing everything from land to new construction shopping centers and net-leased investments to vacant strip centers.  He has represented numerous restaurant, retail and service tenant clients in leases, and has represented buyers of owner/user buildings and investment properties.
