After 33 years at CBRE (and as an SIOR for 12 years), Dave has recently joined Volk Company. His area of specialty includes professional and medical office, behavioral health, and the defense industry, and he has successfully turned around or salvaged a variety of struggling projects in Tucson.

His client list ranges from the Fortune 50 to local non-profits, and from medical practices to the tech industry. Dave Volk has sold over 4 million square feet of commercial property, including selling the largest office building in Tucson, leasing Tucson’s first private sector Energy Star office building and its first LEED Certified Office project. Past experience includes serving as an expert witness and as part of a team liquidating a national portfolio of distressed assets.

Previous experience includes working as a Junior Tax Analyst for a Silicone-Valley tech firm and a real estate research analyst.
