Ana Aguilar, Jeramy Price, and Andreas Castillo of VOLK Company represented the landlord, SRP Three LLC, in its lease of an approximately 1,200 square foot restaurant located at 1060 S Kolb Road.  The tenants, Juan Gabriel Santana and Lizeth Francisca Leyva operate as El Brunch Bistro.  They opened their first location at 3053 S Kinney Road.  The bistro has gained popularity and excellent reviews.  This will be their second location and plan to open by the end of the year.
