Rick Borane and Jeramy Price of Volk Company represented the landlord in a build-to-suit lease of 2,800 square feet to USA – Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District, at 245 South Wilmot, Suite 145.
The new Army Corps location will be situated on high-traffic street, near well-known tenants such as Texas Roadhouse, Dutch Bros. Coffee, and Kneaders Bakery & Cafe. The tenant was represented by Rick Breuer of Presidio Southwest LLC.
