Andreas Castillo, Jeramy Price, and Joey Castillo of VOLK Company represented the landlord, Golder Ranch Property LLC in its lease of approximately 1,056 square feet of space located at 15318 N Oracle Road, #100 to Anelise Johnson and Tyron Johnson.  The tenant plans to open Green Desert Consignment, a home furnishings consignment shop, in the fall of 2024.
