Kevin Volk of VOLK Company represented the landlord, Ajo SEC Shops LLC, in the lease of 1,272 square feet for a Subway restaurant in the recently completed retail building at the southeast corner of Ajo and Kinney.  Subway will join Dairy Queen, Dominos Pizza, Cricket and O’Reilly.  Only one space, 1,081 square feet, remains available in the first phase.
