Joey Castillo of VOLK Company represented the tenant, THE PIT, LLC, in its lease of approximately 47,699 square feet of land and 3,600 square feet of building improvements located at 3333 East Grant Road from the landlord, Equilibrium QOZB II E, LLC. The tenant plans to move their current operation to the new site in January 2024. THE PIT offers local food truck operators a space to introduce their cuisine to Tucson foodies who can gather and enjoy a plethora of enticing options.
