Jeramy Price of VOLK Company represented the purchaser, SS Enterprise Holdings, LLC, in its purchase of approximately 63,506 square feet of land at 5225 East Speedway Boulevard from Mark and Judith Muhlestien Trust, for a purchase price of $1,500,000. The purchaser plans to develop a Super Star Car Wash. This is the third sale Price has handled for Super Star Car Wash, after previously representing them on acquisitions at Valencia and Midvale and at Oracle and Orange Grove.
