Debbie Heslop of Volk Company represented the seller, Boulder Oro Valley, LLC in the sale of the retail building located at 9740 North Oracle Road within El Corredor shopping center to WSGC, LLC for a purchase price of $6,000,000. Ms. Heslop had already handled the sale of three other properties at El Corredor (Dutch Brothers, Dunn Edwards, the multi-tenant Clear Vision building) as well as all of the project leasing.
