VOLK Company agents handled the sale of 423-425 N. Tucson Blvd.  Joey Castillo and Andreas Castillo represented the seller, Village at Sam Hughes, LLC.  Dave Volk represented the purchaser, BWL Investments, L.L.C.  The $1,225,000 sale included an approximately 16,320 square foot parcel with approximately 8,246 square feet of building improvements.
