VOLK AGENTS HANDLE RESTAURANT LEASE AT BROADWAY AND PANTANO

Brenna Lacey and Jeramy Price of Volk Company handled a lease for 1,200 square feet at 7940 East Broadway Boulevard between Papa Locos Corporation and M.A.S. Real Estate Services, Inc., as agent for Pantano/Broadway, LLC. Papa Locos specializes in Mexican food and hamburgers, and this will be their second Tucson area location.

Investor Purchases Property on Fourth Avenue

Dave Hammack and Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented Huggins Enterprises LLC in the sale of its property at 802 North Fourth Avenue. The property, which consists of an 1,840 square foot building on 6,678 square feet of land, sold for $368,000. The purchaser, Barrio Holdings, LLC, was represented by Tony Reed of Long Reality.
