Filiberto’s continues to expand. Price represented ONE TEN REI WILLCO 2, LLC, in its acquisition of the last remaining pad at Riverside Crossings, on River Road near La Cholla, for $600,000. The buyer intends to construct a drive-thru Filiberto’s and has an additional pad site available that Price is marketing.
