Jeramy Price of VOLK Company handled the sale of the former Poco & Moms restaurant at 1060 S. Kolb Road to SRP Three LLC.  Mr. Price also represented the new owner, SRP Three LLC, in its lease of the 1,200 square foot fast food restaurant building to Sonoran Brunch Company LLC.
