Brenna Lacey of VOLK Company represented The River 5 LLC in its acquisition of a 3,926 square foot office condominium at 1640 East River Road in the Mesquite Corporate Center from Caughman Family Trust.  River 5 paid $779,000 for this location which will house Catalina Wealth Management in their expansion from their previous location in the same project.
