Jeramy Price of Volk Company represented the landlord, Wong Family Living Trust, in a lease of a 1,137 square foot retail space at 9568 E. Golf Links Road to Beth Hartung for an Allstate Insurance Office.  The new Allstate office will be situated near well-known tenants such as Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Dollar Tree, Walgreens, Ace Hardware, and LA Fitness.
