Brenna Lacey and Kevin Volk of Volk Company and Brian Gast and Trey Eakin of Velocity Retail Group represented the landlord in a lease of 3,172 square feet to Carondelet Urgent Care (formerly branded as MedPost) at the Crossing at Sahuarita. The shopping center is being developed by Wadsworth Development Group and Accelerated Development Services at the southeast corner of Old Nogales Highway and Abrego Drive in Sahuarita.
The new Carondelet Urgent Care will be joining several tenants such as a new Starbucks (currently under construction), Sprouts, TJ Maxx, Beall’s, Petsmart, and shops tenants that include MOD Pizza and Verizon Wireless. The tenant was represented by Jesse Peron of CBRE.
