Brenna Lacey and Kevin Volk of Volk Company and Brian Gast and Trey Eakin of Velocity Retail Group represented the landlord in a lease of 1,536 square feet to Pima Federal Credit Union at the Crossing at Sahuarita. The shopping center is being developed by Wadsworth Development Group and Accelerated Development Services at the southeast corner of Old Nogales Highway and Abrego Drive in Sahuarita.
The new Pima Federal Credit Union will be located next MOD Pizza and will join Sprouts, TJ Maxx, Beall’s, and Petsmart, as well as shops tenants including Verizon Wireless and a newly constructed Starbucks. The tenant was represented by John Yarborough of Romano Real Estate.
