Jeramy Price of VOLK Company represented the landlord, Caton Farm Inc., in its lease of an approximately 14,375 square foot building located at 8705 E Speedway Blvd to Dollar Tree Stores, Inc.  The site was formerly home to CVS which closed in 2022.  Dollar Tree reports opening 116 stores in 2024 and remains focused on rapidly rolling out the next generation of multi-price stores and is taking the steps necessary to position the business for long-term success.
