Rick Borane of VOLK Company handled the sale between RAM Holdings, LLC and KJE Steampump LLC for the sale of approximately 19,122 square feet of land with approximately 2,244 square feet of improvements located at 4676 East Grant Road for $1,700,000. Jeramy Price, principal of KJE Steampump LLC, will redevelop the site into a dual concept Tropical Smoothie Café and Jeremiah’s Italian Ice.
