Joey Castillo of VOLK Company represented the tenant, Lavender Fitness Center I, LLC, in its lease of approximately 2,800 square feet of space located at 10165 E Old Vail Road from KJE Steampump LLC. This is the second location for Lavender Fitness Center, which operates under the name BFT or Body Fit Training. They opened their first fitness studio in Oro Valley earlier this year, also handled by Castillo. Jeramy Price, principal of KJE Steampump LLC, is developing a 7,620 SF shops building and has also signed leases with Rock N Roll Sushi and Jeremiah’s Italian Ice.
