Andreas Castillo, Jeramy Price, and Joey Castillo of VOLK Company facilitated the lease between Shoppes at 1st and Roger LLC and Lucky Panda. The approximately 2160 square foot of space is located at 4016 North 1st Avenue, Suite 100, and will be the home to Lucky Express restaurant.
