Joey Castillo, Andreas Castillo, and Jeramy Price of VOLK Company handled the lease between Elite Retail Center, Inc. and Not Your Mother’s Fitness, LLC, for approximately 1,200 square feet of space located at 1070 East Tucson Marketplace. The new fitness studio plans to open in late 2023.
