RICK VOLK President
Rick grew up in Tucson, leaving to attend the University
of California at Santa Barbara where he graduated with
highest honors in 1979. He joined the retail department
of Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1980, leaving to form
Volk Company in 1987.
In his 30 year and counting involvement in the commercial
real estate field, Rick has handled every type of transaction,
assisting developers, tenants, and investors in all facets
of shopping center sales, leasing, and development.
